Mt. Diablo Black Educators Association has connections with committees, groups and organizations that assist in the advocacy and growth of the black students in our community. Below are a few of those advocates we have faith in.
Black Parent Student Union (BPSU)
BPSU is a group of parents advocating for black students in Contra Costa County from Antioch to San Ramon.
BPSU's purpose is to:
*Bring parents of black students together, building our community in a positive light.
*Educate our children about Black culture
*Work together to be included, seen and heard as Black people in their community
*Act upon injustices against our people with positive and progressive action.

Village Keepers Scholarship
Village Keepers, Inc. is a non-profit community service organization founded in 2009 that serves low to moderate income children and families. Scholarships will be awarded to African American students who meet the qualification criteria and are entering into community colleges, four-year accredited institutions, or accredited vocational schools.
